09:00-12:00 treningi
15:00-17:00 treningi
19:00 – kolacja
10:00-12:00 treningi
Opłaty:
Całe seminarium: 120 zł, 1 blok treningowy: 60 zł
Można nocować na macie (wymagany śpiwór) w dojo. Prośba o wcześniejszy kontakt w sprawie noclegu.

The whole seminar: 30€, 1 class block: 15€
You can sleep on the mat (sleeping bag required) in the dojo. Request for earlier contact regarding accommodation.
